Introduction：
????????SeTAQ sampling tablet checkweigher is designed to sample the?tablets at regular intervals and check their weight variance during the tablet pressing production. Adopting SeTAQ's patents, it is a high speed tablet checkweigher, which can online check the pressing with high accuracy and feedback mean?weight?to adjust the the parameters of tablet pressing machine. It is composed of 1 or 2 weighing channels. No need to change the molds to checkweigh various type of tablets.?
????????In the tablet pressing workshop, the operator or the feeding machine regularly takes a certain number of tablets from the discharge outlet of the pressing machine, then pours them into the vibratory feeding tray of the SeTAQ sampling tablet checkweigher. The feeding tray makes all the tablets in the tray line up and move them to the SeTAQ patented weighing unit one by one. The weighing unit checks the pressing variance of each tablet by weighing the weight of the tablets at high speed, and the rejection unit automatically rejects the unqualified tablets which exceed the quanlified weight range. Finally, the pressing report of all the tablets sampled this time is given. The operator of the tablet pressing machine adjusts the control parameters of the pressing machine according to the pressing report, so as to make the average pressing of the subsequent tablets consistent with the target weight of the tablets as much as possible. If the tablet pressing exceeds the allowable difference limit, the pressing production will stop. Then take out all the tablets produced in the period from the last sampling to now, check their weight one by one, and reject the unqualified products until the control parameters of the pressing machine are adjusted, and then through a new spot test procedure, the pressing production can continue if the results are completely qualified. This can greatly reduce the probability that the finished tablets are finally identified as inferior medicine due to unqualified weight variance in future quality spot checks, and greatly reduce the risk of inferior medicine in product inventory and circulation.

????????1、Adopts the vibratory tray designed to feed tablets with a capacity of 300 tablets (with diameter 10mm) . The feeding speed of tablets was fast and uniform.
????????2、Adopts SeTAQ patented slide weighing frame. The tablet checkweighing speed can be adjusted by setting the vibratory feeding speed or adjusting the inclination angle of the weighing platform.?
????????3、Adopts patented SeTAQ detachable slide plate weighing unit. The weighing chute can be disassembled and cleaned without tools, which is very convenient and can ensure the safety of the load cells. One chute can be disassembled within 10 seconds.
????????4、Adopts SeTAQ capsule slide checkweighing patent. No need to change the mould to check tablets of various sizes one by one.
????????5、All channels have open structure without any closed space, wich is easy to clean the surface contacting with medicines and detect whether they are clean or not with naked eyes. This type of structure can avoide cross contamination between different medicines when multiple tablets share the same capsule checkweigher. Therefore, it is especially suitable for checking and controlling the pressing variance when multiple tablets share the same tablet checkweigher. Open structure can also avoid beat dislocation, channel blocking of tablet moving mechanism caused by the deformed tablets, even the situation that unqualified tablets mixed into the qualified ones.
